Any Cancellation made with at least 48 hours notice will not incur a cancellation fee, Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 25% cancellation charge.
If a booking is cancelled by the client within the same day from the start of the period of hire, 100% of the fare will be charged.
If the client does not appear at the time and place, designated as the pickup point, 100% of the fare will be charged.
Waiting time is charged if the client arrives late, at £45 per hour. The first 20 minutes of waiting time are automatically included in our charges.
Any job quoted for a set fee for a specific journey including hours and miles to be travelled is calculated on the information received at that time.
No reservation is considered accepted until a 25% deposit is received and confirmed by phone, text, or email and the passenger has been issued with a confirmation email or text with all the booking details.
Any excess hours or miles travelled over and above that quoted, will be charged at the standard rate.
Any quotations for public and bank holidays like Christmas Day or New Years Eve where there may be an additional surcharge.
Any damage to the vehicle inside or out caused by the client or the client’s guests, or neglectful acts shall be paid for in full by the client.
Together with the loss of earnings if the vehicle has to be removed for repairs, at the current daily hire rate for that vehicle.
When carrying luggage, all hard cases or boxes must be placed in the boot.
Only a reasonable amount of hand luggage, with the chauffeur’s approval should be carried inside the car.
Whilst we do our best to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances that are beyond our control.
All airport transfers exclude parking fees which will be paid on the day by you (the client). We offer 45 minutes free of charge waiting time once the flight has landed, after that waiting time will be charged at £45 per hour.
